Seypec presents its 2024 annual report to Vice-President Afif

Seypec has officially presented its 2024 annual report to Vice-President Ahmed Afif, who also serves as the Minister for Finance, National Planning, and Trade. This significant presentation took place during a brief ceremony on Friday, 8th August, at Liberty House. The event was attended by key figures, including the company’s chairperson, Jennifer Morel, chief executive, Sarah Romain, and director of Legal, Risk & Compliance, Brenda Gobine.

During the handover of the printed report, Ms. Morel emphasisedSeypec’s unwavering commitment to transparency, accountability, and strong performance in delivering value to the nation. The annual report 2024 showcases the company’s operational achievements, financial results, and advancements in critical strategic areas such as energy security, customer service excellence, and sustainability.

In a further demonstration of good governance, Ms. Morel presented a copy of the annual report 2024 to Kalum Bandara, acting chief executive of the Public Enterprise Monitoring Commission (PEMC). This action underscores Seypec’s adherence to the oversight and performance monitoring framework established for public enterprises in Seychelles.
