This significant presentation took place during a brief ceremony on Friday, 8th August, at Liberty House. The event was attended by key figures, including the company’s chairperson, Jennifer Morel, chief executive, Sarah Romain, and director of Legal, Risk & Compliance, Brenda Gobine.

In a further demonstration of good governance, Ms. Morel presented a copy of the annual report 2024 to Kalum Bandara, acting chief executive of the Public Enterprise Monitoring Commission (PEMC). This action underscores Seypec’s adherence to the oversight and performance monitoring framework established for public enterprises in Seychelles.
